The Plenary Hall, characterized by a pentagonal ground plan, is ZiF's most distinctive conference space. It is suitable for large conferences with 50 and more participants.

Due to its classic circular arrangement of tables, all participants are facing each other which provides ideal conditions for discussions in a smaller circle.

The Corner is especially suited for small workshops. With its double-sided window-front it connects the view on ZiF's surroundings with the tranquility of the courtyard.
In the main building's West Wing, 19 magnetic walls are provided that allow for extensive poster presentations (size A0), e.g. in connection with Conferences or Workshops at ZiF.
ZiF Campus
Accommodation at ZiF
ZiF fellows live in flats and apartments situated on ZiF campus. They have the opportunity to bring their families with them.
There are apartments for various needs, differing numbers of bedrooms, with spacious study rooms, kitchenettes and a bathroom. Most of the flats have a backyard and a patio.
The Cafeteria seats up to 80 people. Depending on the financial frame, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks or buffets may be arranged in advance. The cafeteria is open and staffed only at times fixed with the organizers of the conference in advance. External catering services can be arranged according to circumstances.
Fellow Room
The Fellow Room may be used for informal meetings, gatherings or watching TV. Different current magazines and newspapers are provided.
