RNA Biology and Molecular Physiology

Research topics & objectives

Our team is interested in RNA-based regulation, a critical checkpoint in modulating eukaryotic gene expression.

We are interested in unravelling posttranscriptional networks controlled by ribonucleoproteins that are connected to circadian timekeeping, stress responses and pathogen defense. Furthermore, we investigate molecular underpinnings of microRNA biogenesis and function.
