Automatic Column

The Reveleris® X2 Flash-System is an automatic column chromatography system which allows easy and fast purification of product mixtures. The run parameters are conveniently set using a 12″ touch screen display. The product can be separated either as liquid or as solid adsorbed on silica gel. A precise mixture of eluents can be selected and even a solvent gradient can be set and edited in real time. The separation process can be monitored by four UV-vis and evaporative light scattering detectors. Products and by-products are automatically detected and collected separately in fractions.
