Niclas Kuper
Niclas Kuper studied psychology at the University of Hamburg where he received his Master's degree in 2019. He worked as a research assistant in the differential psychology, social psychology, and statistics units of the psychology department at the University of Hamburg. Moreover, he completed a research internship in the lifespan lab at Tilburg University and worked as a lecturer at the University of Innsbruck. Since 2019, he has been working together with Prof. Dr. John Rauthmann. In 2020, he joined the "Differential Psychology, Personality Psychology, and Psychological Diagnostics" group at Bielefeld University as a PhD student. His main research interests lie in the area of personality psychology. In particular, he is interested in personality dynamics, person-environment relations, and personality development. Moreover, he conducts meta-analyses in the areas of personality and social psychology and is interested in the replicability of psychological research. In his dissertation, he is working on the topic of person × situation interactions.
