Admission requirements

The doctoral study programme in Economics and Management is primarily open to exceptional and highly motivated graduates with a degree in business administration, economics, or mathematics, but also to those with degrees in related fields, such as engineering, operations research, or statistics etc..
The cultural diversity of BiGSEM candidates and their know-how in different fields assure rewarding synergy effects not only for graduate students, but also for faculty members.

 

You need…

• A master's degree or equivalent conferred by a University after four years of study and including a written thesis. The degree need not be completed at the time of application.
• In each profile, Economics, Finance, Management and Data Science, additional background is expected. These prerequisites are described in more detail in the curriculum of each profile.
• The willingness of one of the BiGSEM faculty members to supervise your thesis.
