We use your data for reviewing abstract contributions submitted to the conference organizers via e-mail, temporal and spatial scheduling data (conference schedule), conference registration, payment and management of participants within the scope of the conference.
The data concerning abstract contributions will not be passed on to third parties. For registration and payment processing, we collaborate with Lombego Systems GmbH (Converia). Please find more detailed information on privacy policy during the registration process.
Processing shall be lawful if you have given your consent in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All personal data will be stored on specially secured systems of Bielefeld University for two years after the International Conference on Challenges in Managing Smart Products and Services 2021 and then deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.
