  • Effects on and off supervisory and entrepreneurial leadership (e.g., decision-making, ethical leadership, abusive supervision)
  • Crafting meaning at work (e.g. calling, corporate purpose, daily meaningfulness)
  • Sustainable HRM and sustainability reporting in family firms
  • Variability in work-related phenomena

Quantitative methods (i.e., field studies, experimental studies, secondary data) are used to explore these research fields.
