Lab Infrastructure

In the laboratories of the CoR-Lab, socio-technical systems for the industrial work of the future are investigated in application-oriented scenarios and made tangible for the interested expert audience within the framework of prototypes. Our technological expertise lies in particular in multi-sensory platforms for the automated perception of people, objects and the environment, various compliantly controlled robot manipulators as well as gripping tools for demanding manipulation tasks.

Furthermore, we work with state-of-art software platforms such as Visual Components, Gazebo, pyBullet, ROS 1/2, SunriseOS, etc. for the simulation and integration of robotic systems. If you are interested, please contact us for a lab tour or use an open day to get an impression of the technical possibilities of cognitive and collaborative robotics systems. We would be happy to explore with you the potentials for transferring the results of innovative basic research in focused economic and non-economic transfer projects.
