Bielefelder Lehrer*innenbildung
Bielefeld University has a large number of cooperative universities in other European and non-European countries. Most of the European cooperations are ERASMUS cooperations. ERASMUS+ is a program funded by the EU with the aim to simplify and promote mobility within Europe.
On this page you will find ERASMUS cooperations of BiSEd as well as other subjects that are particularly suitable for student teachers. You have the possibility to study one of your subjects or educational sciences abroad at these universities or at the cooperating universities. A list of all cooperations as well as the respective cooperation officers can be found on the page of the International Office.
If you are interested in studying at a cooperation university, please contact the respective cooperation officers who can provide you with information on the application process. Please also ask which universities are particularly suitable for teacher training programs. Please note that teacher training abroad may be structured differently than in Bielefeld; therefore, you can usually only study the subject through which you are going abroad. However, you can clarify with the respective cooperating university whether you can continue studying your subject combination at the foreign university.
